Dr. Brandon Hollie, founder and CEO of Hollie Therapy and Counseling, is a compassionate therapist, researcher, and educator with nearly a decade of experience in mental health and relationship care. With advanced degrees in marriage and family therapy and leadership, Dr. Hollie combines his expertise with a passion for strengthening relationships and reducing the stigma of mental health in underserved communities. His doctoral research explored the impact of poverty and neighborhood challenges on mental health and relationships in Black families, shaping his evidence-based approach to therapy.
Specializing in couples and family therapy, Dr. Hollie works collaboratively with clients to address challenges like racial and relational trauma, infidelity, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and communication issues. He provides practical, research-backed tools to foster emotional connections, rebuild trust, and create meaningful, lasting change.
As a dedicated advocate for mental health equity, Dr. Hollie focuses on making therapy accessible and culturally attuned, particularly for Black and Brown communities. In addition to his clinical work, he is an experienced public speaker, delivering presentations on topics such as mental health disparities, family systems, and community resilience.
Based in Chicago, Dr. Hollie enjoys spending time with his partner, stepson, and infant daughter. Outside of work, he's a passionate fan of the Bulls and Bears, a foodie, and an avid traveler, always eager to explore the city's vibrant culture and cuisine.
