I am passionate about encouraging and empowering individuals and couples to discover the answers they are looking for in their relationships with themselves and others by using their voice. Whether it be insecurities, depression, anxiety, relational/family or just life's challenges, your voice matters and is a powerful tool that can help steer life the way you desire for it to be! Using a collaborative approach in finding language and identifying the beliefs and actions from our past to repurpose them for our future and destiny, lets journey together to discover and unlock the experience in life that does exist for you beyond those challenges. I believe there is power in your words so lets talk!

I am dedicated to creating and developing a safe place together with couples, families, and individuals to hep redefine life's challenges by restructuring them to discovery, healing, victory, and success. I am an expert in working with young men and women who may struggle with self-esteem and self worth, couples trotting along the path of building a relationship that’s healthy and durable for a long lasting future, and family matters that can be tough to manage. In addition, I work with pre-marital couples and mentor young girls and women in retreats/conferences in faith-based and non faith-based settings.

I earned my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, and I am currently a Ph.D. student in Couple and Family Therapy at Adler University.
